Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and Registration: All participants must be registered and approved to bid in the auction. By registering, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse registration or participation to any individual at their discretion.

2. Bidding Process: This auction is conducted as a Timed-Auction through our secure online platform. Bids can be placed at any time during the auction period. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid. Please be aware that any bid placed within the final 1 minute of the auction will automatically extend the ending time by an additional 2 minutes to prevent last-minute sniping.

3. Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bids. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The auctioneer is not responsible for errors or omissions in the bidding process, including but not limited to missed bids due to technical issues.

4. Condition of Lots: All "Single lots" are exactly as described and shown in the accompanying photos, unless specifically noted as forgery or doubtful. Every effort has been made to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images to assist bidders in making informed decisions.

"Collection lots", however, are sold "AS IS," meaning they are sold in their entirety without any guarantees on the condition or authenticity. No returns or refunds will be accepted for collection lots.

5. Payment: Successful bidders will receive an invoice shortly after the auction's conclusion. Full payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date. Accepted payment methods include e-transfers, wire transfer, Pay-Pal and credit cards. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the sale and the lot being offered to the next highest bidder or re-auctioned and also you will be blocked for the next auctions.

6. Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Given that lots are located in different locations, handling and preparing the winning lots for shipment may take from a few days to a few weeks. Items will be shipped once full payment has been received and processed. The auctioneer is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

7. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item received differs significantly from its description. In such cases, the buyer must notify the auctioneer within 7 days of receiving the item. The auctioneer's decision on any disputes will be final.

8. Privacy and Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and bidding will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the auction and processing transactions. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Disputes: In the event of any dispute arising from the auction, the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and binding. Any legal action must be brought within the jurisdiction where the auctioneer is based.

10. Amendments: The auctioneer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered bidders via email or our website before the auction begins.

11. Bidding Increments: All bids in this auction must follow the designated increment steps based on the current bid level:

  • From $0 to $100: Increment of $1
  • From $100 to $300: Increment of $5
  • From $300 to $1000: Increment of $10
  • Above $1000: Increment of $25
